Sometimes called “The Miracle Mile” this stretch of East Front Street and then morphing into Munson Ave. runs for several miles along East Grand Traverse Bay all the way to Acme, MI.

It is heavily populated by multiple hotels mostly on the bayside but several across Munson from the water and servicing Traverse City’s year-round tourist population. Starting in downtown Traverse City this main North-South corridor handles nearly 14,000 car trips a day and also has numerous fine dining and fast food options serving residents and tourists.

Several of the upscale lodging options can also be found on West Grand Traverse Bay with a couple being accessed by water in the summer months.

This stretch of bayside property is hard to come by and usually requires “inside” information to consummate sales. There are however occasional hotel/motel turnovers and we have sellers willing to talk.

Away from the bay this area is primarily residential and office/services business’s serving locals and tourists alike. This road also runs by Northwestern Michigan College and the county’s Civic Center.
